October 7 – 18, 2018 between the hours of 12a.m. and 6a.m. Please be aware that first draws of water in the morning may be discolored and are no cause for alarm. City of Horicon Curbside Leaf Pick Up will begin the week of October 15th, 2018. Residents may also haul leaves to the following locations for disposal: City DPW Garage on Valley St, Discher Park parking lot on Jersey St, Legion Auxiliary Park.
Reminder - NO BAGS - It is unlawful to place leaves in the street/gutter. Remove leaves from storm sewer drains located in front of your dwelling to prevent plugging and overflow. Do not park in front of leaf piles to ensure prompt collection.
There will be no leaf collection after November 16, 2018. In the event of an early snowfall, collection will end earlier. Uncollected leaves must be taken to the City Garage for disposal. There is no spring leaf pick up service.
