This park is a 1.2-acre partially wooded site dedicated to the city for park use in a developing subdivision in southwestern portion of the city at the corner of Pheasant Lane and Robin Road.

This new park is considered as a neighborhood park for some passive recreation for all ages and play equipment for younger age groups.
